  • Unconscious Bias s a phenomenon that can profoundly affect our decisions and conclusions about people. This is based on race, gender status quo or other characteristics, without consciously realizing it. Unconscious bias can lead us to make decisions that are not based on facts or on the individual merits of a person, but rather on preconceived notions we have about a certain group of people.
